Pretty bad. I went there because it looked like one of those old school italian places your parents took you when you were a kid. But it was just icky. It felt dirty, and i think they had chicken fingers on the menu! What the *&#? The food tasted like olive garden italian. Edible but not enjoyable. Very disappointing.
If you accidentally end up there, there is a better and at least much cleaner place across the street, but its always busy. I imagine its how Marco Polo gets their customers, is that people decide not to wait and figure they'll just walk across. Umm....take my advice and get back in your car.

Bad Italian by worse owners.
Besides being just bad and more concerned with cost that customers, this restaurant is owned by some of the slimiest sleaziest people ever encountered. Every restaurant has some sleaze-factor, but this is beyond reproach.
Wine selection is just ok. Most of the food is poorly made. All it takes is looking at a salad there to know that the restaurant doesn't care about its food. Excess sauces and extra salt are designed to make you overlook poor or old cuts of meat, past due veggies, and goodness knows what else.
Patronize another restaurant. There's a reason it's not on the main drag surrounded by quality restaurants!

OK food, terrible service. A group of 6 of us had dinner here on a Monday night - we were seated upstairs and the place was empty. Our waitress only had 1 table to serve and it took her almost 30 minutes to get me my Guinness (I had to ask her 3 times).
For appetizers, we ordered the fried calamari and fried zucchini - decent, but nothing memorable. I ordered their signature pizza (basically, a margarita pizza) and it was pretty good.
Parking is plentiful, but I imagine that's because nobody eats here (on weeknights, at least).

Went on a weekday, nice bar and good beer choices. The bartender, Vinny seemed knowledgeable. efficient and friendly. The food is basic, OK Italian, cooked by Greeks, I think. The fried calamari is the best, especially the balsamic flavored one--out of this world. Great parking for this area of NJ.
